the process described below is specific for branding projects
The first thing you will do is tell me all I need to know about yourself and your business - the more, the merrier. Then we will discuss the overall scope of your project such as budget, timeline, and any questions you may have at the moment before we begin. Once the project contract is signed and the deposit has been paid, you are officially in my client schedule which is when all of the fun really begins.
To get started, we will either set up a one-on-one phone consultation to get to know one another better and to further discuss your needs. I will also have you fill out a design questionnaire just so I can get a full understanding of your design aesthetic and preferences. After that, I will create a branding mood board to make ensure we are both on the same page aesthetic-wise.
Once we've finalized your mood board, I will hit the drawing board and begin working on developing creative concepts for your project. Regardless of the project, collaborate to create an end product that represents you and your business. Throughout the project, all communication will be done via email, as I find it's the most efficient method of communication throughout a project.
Once every design has been approved, I will finalize your new designs and you will receive all of the files to successfully implement your brand or project. If you have questions or need recommendations for printers, or other creatives I'm more than happy to establish communication in order to ensure that all aspects of your new brand remain consistent.
How can I get started?
To work with me all you have to do is either fill out the contract form on this website by clicking here or you can email me directly at email@example.com
Please allow 4-6 business days for me to respond to your inquiry, please note that due to the volume of inquires I receive on a daily basis, sometimes it may take me up to a week to provide you with a proper response.
What part do I play?
My clients play a heavy (and significant) role in my design process. Because design is such an organic process, I always intend to make sure that we are on the same page each step of the way to ensure that you will walk away with a design you love.
Because of this, the design process does include a lot of back and forth collaborations on both ends. Below is some more (specific) tasks that are expected of my clients.
Contract & Payments
Each project has it's own custom project contract which details everything you need to know about the project such as a projected timeline, payments, what's included in the project and much more.
To begin working, I do require a 45% downpayment for the majority of projects. This downpayment secures your spot in my client schedule and it also serves as the first payment for your project.
